Return Policy

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return. Please be advised that, in consideration of hygiene standards, we regret to inform you that returns and exchanges are not accepted for handmade products.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

How long do the press-on last ?

TEMPORARY WEAR: 1 – 5 DAYS (USING STICKY TABS)

LONG-TERM WEAR: 1 – 3 WEEKS (USING NAIL GLUE)

Note that these estimates can vary depending on individual lifestyle factors and whether the correct technique was used during application.

How do I apply press-on nails ?

Can I re-use the press-on nails ?

Naily press-ons are 100% reusable.

Once the press-ons are removed, use the wooden stick to remove any excess of glue. Buff the inside of the nail if needed. Brush and wipe, then place back inside the box for the next time you want to use them.

How do i know what size to buy ?

I've lost a nail, what do i do ?

Replacment nails are available for a fee of AED10 per finger, plus shipping.

Alternatively, replacement nails can be included for free if you place a new order on the website.

When will I get my order ?

We will work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information. Delivery times vary depending on your location and the delivery service that you have choose.

Next day delivery: 1 day

I have received a faulty or incorrect item

Do you ship worldwide ?

As of today, we don't. However we are working hard to make it possible and we will not miss to inform you when it will the case.

Meanwhile, if you can't wait, send us a message and we for sure can do a small exception for you !

Can I return an item from my order ?
